Re: k20 swap in del sol (miahjera04)
If there is a will there is a way, you will put in alot of time and Blood getting it to work but I try to do it if i were you. I have a 1995 del sol that I have been thinking about putting a k20 into what all did you have to do to get it in, was it just like putting it in a eg hatch or coupe?

i didn't do the swap, i bought the del sol w/the swap already in it from my friend, so i wouldn't kno, and ima take the car to one of the import shops around my area and see what they say about custom fabricating an ac system for the car, so i guess i'll c what they can do

HAHA.. I was just about to say the same thing.
How about you just snap the top off and run through the gears. That will cool you off
See i solved the problem. No need for AC

Re: (miahjera04)
you have no idea how happy my sweaty ***** would be in a boosted k20 sol.
Save urself the hassle and cancel the AC idea. Unless you feel like fabricating a bracket to hold it.
And about your gurls. I dont know how many of your fat girlfriends can fit, let alone get out, oF a del sol.
good luck to ya.. My vote = NO AC!

so boosting a K20 = easy ... making a simple bracket and some hard lines too hard?
I say go for it.

Re: (boosted-K24-EK)
i agree with boosted-K24, just stick with the ac. i know what you are feeling, here in chicago it gets muggy when it rain and you want to open the window when it gets sticky inside or you can get that rain gaurd on your window. i have both the ac and the rain gaurd, works wonders.

Re: (B18bEG6ick)
ima try doin the custom ac, and i would haev the rain guard but del sols dont have the pillars on the dorrs, the windows r like wrx windows, so del sols cant have rain visors....sux
