Seeing as how your car is OBD2, you'll have to maintain OBD2 functionality.
In theory, if you were to swap over the K20 and all of it's emission components and ECU, you should be able to pass. This only holds true if everything is functioning as it would in a stock RSX.

What's that have to do with what I posted? Unless you run the STOCK ECU and all associated emissions equipment, you fail.

i had an em1 and still do it is just junk as of thursday night.. i got hit almost head on by some riced out integra taking a friend home... i was going to post a write up with pics and everything but am just to lazy.
