Nikos doesn't come around here much anymore. Also, what the hell does the alternator have to do with the flywheel? Are you talking about the starter? How about you go to hondaautomotiveparts.com and cross-reference the part numbers instead of wasting our time?
Seriously. Laziness is gay.

The ep3 and the RSX are the same but the TSX is different BUT is this true,
When the starter is installed it is not supposed to touch the teeth of the flywheel rather when it is primed on the little thing with teeth inside the starter pops out THEN touches teeth with the starter.
This is true isn't it?

100% sure that's the right website. Here's the Acura version: http://acuraautomotiveparts.org/
Also, you never clarified if you were talking about the starter or the alternator, though I assume you're talking about the former because of the follow-up you've done here. I have an RSX-S flywheel for sale if you'd like it...$50 + shipping, 9800 miles on it, resurfaced and never used afterwards.
And the geared shaft in the starter is called a "bendix"

Yes, its the starter.
When the car is turned over the starter teeth pop out correct???
I just need to clarify this before I start putting the motor and transmission together
Thanks!
