nissan guys like it,
for what you pay, I bet its worth it.
you get dual hight adjust, 25way damping(dont know if thats compression+rebound or just rebound) and you can pick your springrates correct?
plus they look pretty.
I say go for it.

whats the best way to adjust full coilovers so they ride nice i have them adjusted at soft right now should i compress the spring and lower the damper or should i do opposite. for a smooth ride

well for a smooth ride you'll want to adjust the threaded shock, so you retain all the suspension travel you can.
if I had those i'd thread the spring up so it is snug against the top of the strut,
then adjust the threaded shock for ride height adjustment.
