I've got a crack in mine, and it's welded shut at the moment, but I'm gonna need a replacement sooner or later. If anyone on here has had any experience with this, reply please. Thx in advance.
**EDIT** I also found this. The less money you spend, the more money you have Still gotta find out if it's legal in Cali though. http://nationalautopart.net/ca...803f4 **EDIT**

Well I know it's a replacement but I'm not sure this is "legal" in CA, a lot of other replacements sometimes say "Not for Calif. use" or whatever. So I dunno, I think I'll just e-mail them

Make sure to post your findings for everyone else. If it is an OEM replacement, odds are that it is legal.

As far as I know, it is illegal to move the stock location of your cat in CA. So if his car came with the cat in the manifold, then ANY aftermarket header that doesn't have a cat in the manifold will be illegal.
The CARB# on a header is only good for the models listed on the CARB website. When I was looking for a header for my '00 HX I found that the only CARB approved headers for 96-00 civics were for the EX and Si.
