Just sold my pos eclipse and bought my first honda, 92 cx with 95 Jdm b18c w/ type r pistons.
I just bought my first honda and it kicks ***. The car needs some paint im going to just get a macco for now. I can finally post on H-T with confidence. Trying to get pics up. **** posted in the wrong forum sorry.

I also had an Eclipse before I went to honda. Broke down every other week.

Pics are up. I will get a paint job in a week or to. Maybe black. I also have a set of Bronze Rota slipstreams for it and a Tunabe Exhaust. Maybe Posibly trade my Engine for a B16 turbo or LS/VTEC turbo. I need to smoke my twin brother, He is building a h22 EG Turbo.

$5000. The Pistons, Rods and Walbro fuel pump were Brand new. The cylinders were freshly honed. The motor had a full rebuilt kit to. Bearings and everything. Its a USDM Motor and about 1500 after rebuild with pistons. My Friend Ryan at Duffs Automotive in MIddletown Ohio did the swap.

Do you have any pics of your ride?
Oh my wife was not happy with the switch. I have a 9 Month old daughter. She fell right asleep as I was driving home thanks to the exhaust and vibration. I raced a Nissan SE-R on the interstate and smoked the **** out of it. I love this hp change.
MY Eclipse was a GS and it only had like 135hp. Big change.

Arnt there regulations in Japan that limit the milage on a motor and will toss it unless you rebuild it? Some type of emissions right?
Ohh and dont go with a diff. motor....stick with the one you have now
who says you cant turbo that?
Also if you decide to go all motor, go with the skunk2 im. It will help out alot top-end wise

Yea his name is Ryan but I dont think he ever posted pics of it. Oh and about the mileage I was just stating that it had low miles on because my friend ryan used to be a mechanic for honda and now has a family owned shop and when he did the tare down the motor looked mint. Yea I agree but you dont know if its got 12 miles or 12000 on it. Oh well its rebuild stronger and better.
