Pretty high and mighty coming from a guy who didn't know what he was talking during the last distributor thread.

What the **** are you talking about? https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1263595
Also, why is it that I was the only one to explain what was actually going on and what was happening. Sure you can say that it's 180 off, but atleast I explained what has happened.
Everything I said was right on the money. I think you should double check, before running your mouth .

Re: (THC_H22 PROJECT)
i think the firing order will be more likely than a 180 off.
most dizzy have a 60/40 split so it almost impossible to put it on wrong.... can be put on wrong but highly unlikely.

Surprised you guy's forgot about that.
Like the other two have said, sounds like the firing order isn't right.

You were wrong in that thread. Proof is my swap as well as the last person's swap who both did nothing to our tabs and our running non-vtec distributors on vtec swaps. Here all you did was reiterate what someone said in this thread and laugh at him like nobody could have made the mistake. Which is what I commented on. Odd, you responded back to this thread where I wouldn't disagree you being incorrect, but failed to respond back to the other thread where you were in fact wrong.

Re: Just removed and installed a new distributor. car runs like TOTAL ****!!!!!!!!!!!! (INVALID)
I just changed my Dizzy for the 1st time (95 coupe/B16)recently(6/5) and after reading all the threads on dizzy i took my sweet time doing it. My big issues was just finding a dizzy for my car. Got lucky on ebay(150 shipped brand new not a refurb). The only thing i have to do now is adjust it. The car revvys too high so i have to retard the timing, ill be doing it by ear since i have no access to timing gun. But the firing order was the 1 thing alot of people goofed up on.

I guess then Honda is wrong. They must not know what they are talking about too.

If you're being sarcastic or just naive. There are a reliable people on here that would agree with the above statement.

i agree ... iv went through 3 dizzy's from autozone in about a week ... i swaped ICM and coils in and out throughtout all of them .. and finaly the last one i put the orig coil and icm ..worked like charm . .so the hosuing may hold up but the "rebuilt" "aftermarket" coils and icms .. are usually **** from autozone ..
