take care of your weatherstripping. the 95 weatherstripping is a litte different and usually does not leak. put some silicone(or something) in your tophats(rear) . actually-between the shock and body of the car. water comes in right there often. also check your tailight rubber donuts. basically-get in the trunk with a flashlight and have a friend spray in each wheel well, and all over the back of the car.
other than the top and interior, you just bought a 92-95 civic.

Re: (nello a.)
The only problem i have ever had was alittle bit of leaking. its not that bad. mine only leaks in really heavy rain on just one part of the seal by the targa top. i have also found that my trunk leaks as well but only alittle bit.
as far as mods to do to it, definently put some suspension on it but i would keep the exterior mostly stock imo. i would keep it clean and simple
JDM del sol headlights are a very very nice touch if you can find them too. I also know that someone somewhere sells a targa top that is kinda like a moonroof.

GO HERE and post some pics:

the targa leaks(if they're minor) can be fixed by rubbing dielectric grease really goos into all the seals
