yea, its not you - its absolutely ridiculous. gonna find a way to wire a battery to the body of my car and find a way that it wont short out any electrical crap and if anyone tries to touch it they get a healthy dose of electricity.

to think they just busted a like 70 member car theft ring, and the weather is starting to suck and yet the theft seems to be ACCELERATING.

There is nothing that says you can't defend your property, but you can't hose-someone unless they go after you.

Re: (NOman0608)
just a theory of mine, i beleive that the reason of so many car jackings is because its easy for a thief to lookup cars he can jack in his local area here on HT, and see wats worth stealing. its also greatly due to the lack of security on hondas, but the main reason is because of thiefes who proul threw forum sites such as HT. please excuse my horrible spelling

I have a solution for theft in So Cal... contact ----> http://www.hondamarketplace.co...55229 .
If you are willing to invest thousands of $$$ into your civic/integra then I would expect a good portion of that should be invested in properly securing your investment. Your typical stereo shop alarm that does nothing, but sound off and unlock/lock your doors manually isn't going to cut it today. Kill switches, GPS, and pager alerts among other precautions are much needed. Just my .02
My car is a bucket and Im going to install an alarm

it is definitely getting really bad, just within the past 2 weeks, i know of 4 personally, Boosted Civic, GSR'd Civic, EF, and an eg hatch. it's ridiculously out of control. Do whatever you can to prevent it from happening to you. Quick release wheel, pull your ecu, fuses, turn your wheels, kill switches, and like ive said before, even take it back to '92 and get "The Club", at least.
