Is it just me or does the past like month seem to be really bad for theft.
I dunno about the rest of you, but even with my car in the garage and the alarm on I am getting really nervous about having my car stolen... Especially with me getting a swap soon... This really has been a bad month for Honda's and Honda owners, there have been more car theft threads in like past 3 - 4 weeks than I have seen a long time... Anyone else have an opinion on this?

might sound like im over doin it but sometimes even when i lock my car in the garage with 2 pad locks i still remove the ecu.
what kinda world do we live in where i have to worry about a 10 YEAR OLD HONDA CIVIC DX (of all cars).. (its already been broken into once when i left it outside).

MY garage is locked with padlocks and is being watched by a camera and motion sensors and I still don't feel safe... It really really sucks. I mean come on, with the rise of F&F it seems car theft has gone up while good import popularity has gone down. Ricers... Thefts... Police who don't like imports or target imports... I mean I read a quote in a newspaper that the new cali Z28's are going to be targeting Honda Drivers!

you are absolutely right man. for reals..im paronoid, and like there has been so many posts lately about ppl's cars being stolen. when i had my ex, it was stolen within 2 weeks after I got it. Now with my si, im as paronoid as ever. dang..and I live in an apartment complex too. grosh..

we need to start a anti-theft program - like a huge ring of people willing to help you do some detective work & beat the hell out of somebody in your area. if we can, count me in

theives suck. my car was broken into on sunday they broke my driver side door and stole my cd player. It has seemed like there is alot peoples cars get stolen or broken into in the las few weeks.

mah car was broken into and mah cd player jacked out.....
sucks...and theft is HUGE around here. if you got a typeR your car is never safe. no where....i know people that will follow you once you leave your garage and your car is gone within the first 5 mins you are away. almost all the typeRs here are stolen....if not never driven and garage kepted for the shear fear of someone stealing it. fawk theivius fagguts

I think it's worth it too load your car up with ammonium nitrate and fuel oil bombs to stop those mother *******.... Add a few kill switches to buy you some time.. then when ya get back and find them in your car detonate that ****... Say byebye to one more thief and collect insurance on your car....hehe
