just making sure h22a
i was told by one friend that you cant run ac with a h22 which i thought was true. but a guy at a local meet said that you can still keep your ac with a h22 swap
my car is a 95 eg6 5 speed

Yes, it is possible. I know Hcp makes a ac compressor that mounts for 92-95 civic so that you mount your compressor in the stock position.
