Just HOW many hybrids are there in So Cal?

Just like it says, how many are in so cal? I seems from this board like there are 1,000's running around. You don't have to make anycomments, I don't want anyone to give up any secrets, just solid #'s, oh and no turbo only's...just engine swap hybrids - Mini-me's excluded...thanks...

In SD, of the modified Honda's in town, it seems there are more WITH swaps, than without.

Funny that you brought this up, has anyone here have seen a Honda Insight with a swap (either a B-series engine or a K-series engine).

We just wondering here since some of the underground racers have been taunting this idea (actually, its in the works as we speak).

Again, I only ask for my research, because from the sound of it, it would seem there really are a lot of hybrids in cali, the most i have seen is about 10. Now I know there are a LOT of ricers out there, more than hybriders it seems sometimes(stupidity breeds stupidity), and I know quite a few people on this board are planning their swaps, but I really havent seen that many completed swaps, maybe I just haven't been to the right meets. But anyway, that means that if our numbers are true we should be running into each other more often. However when i do see someone with a nice ride, either they are total BS about a swap, or give a blank look. Prime example, I saw a clean EG hatch the other day, and when I pulled up I asked if he had a swap, he's all like, Yeah, I got a integra type R in it. So I ask, are you on honda tech? And he's all, no,..(get ready for this)...I'm saving for a Hondata!...then he tries to pull on me from the light....I'm in an HX, and it seemed he was trying REALLY hard to just clear the intersection! and I caught up to him! I was like WTF?!?

we have about 7 all motor hybrids on the street the slowest 12.466 and the quickest so far at 11.901<<< soon to be lower at the next sea level west coast event. most of the hybrids are owned by happy customers!
