Hey whats going on everyone, just got my first honda its a 99 civic ex 5 speed. I got this car for my daily driver so I do nor have to drive my heads and cam 01 ws6 everywhere. I like the honda a lot it has about 180k on it but still runs great. I am thinking about doinf a few mods, but I really do not know what to do to these things Im thinking just cai and cat back or something, any suggestions would be great thanks.

Yeah those and maybe a header...Anything else is pretty useless performance wise unless you turbocharge it
I love those trans-ams, I almost bought one but the guy decided not to sell (same year ('01) black) Great cars though, ****'s got 6.0L, opposed to the older 5.7's it really takes the expletive off..So my friend paid more and bought it O.o

Re: just got my first civic (ws6kid)
Putting loud-*** noisemakers on a daily driver is stupid. Lower it on some good suspension components and enjoy a decent-handling car that gets 33mpg. I suggest Tein S-Techs and KYB AGX's because for under $600 you get adjustability in damping and soft enough spring rates that no passenger in the world would ever complain.
Why would you want to modify your Civic anyhow? You have a heads/cam LS1 - nothing you do to the Civic is going to do anything other than make you laugh.

A good suspension setup will make that car a blast to drive

I agree! h/e will just render you as another loud and obnoxious civic. I don't care what brand you get, it's still going to sound stupid in my opinion.
Before I leave for school I'm actually buying something similar. I plan on quality intake and suspension and nothing else.

Coming from a previous owner of a WS6, this is very true.. Now I also just got a 98' EX and trust me only the handling and gas mileage will put a smile on your face... for having a WS6 and for having a civic...best of both worlds...
