Default Just got my EG si hatch... few questions.

I will be putting a H22a in come spring, but for exhaust, I wanted a 2.5 inch all the way from header back. Are there any cat back exhausts that are 2.5 inch? also, I would like it as quiet as possible.

Next question is about HIDs. I spoke with someone and they said to get projectors, and put hids in there so I don't lose my high beam. I was thinking about that, and don't the projectors take H3 bulbs? if so, do they even make H3 HIDs?

Last question for now... With the H22a, I know that there is going to be a bit more weight in the front, so I would imagine I would want stiffer spring rates... if this is true, what should I go with?

Thanks. I will post up a pic of my stock hatch later. it is the blue color si

as for the exhaust, most cat-backs for an EH civic are 2.25"....i would recommend having a custom mandrel-bent 2.5" setup and a resonator/cat/muffler of your choice...

thats what I thought. There are a few decent places near me that can do the custom exhaust. I was just wondering if there were any that I could just buy from like apexi or greddy.

I will throw out another question just to keep this all in one post... for strut bars and sway bars, what goes best with the eg hatch? I know on my accord, the neuspeed front strut bar was great, and the s/t rear sway is the way to go. but how is it with eg's?

well so far i've heard many success stories with the CARBING strut bars and NUESPEED as well.......as for the sway bar, stock 99-00 si sway bars would be nice for the rear and front......

They do make H3 HID. I've never seen them installed and how well they work, but let me know if you find anything out

Agreed... I never use my high beams on my accord with my HIDs, but I just thought it would be nice to have.
