Just got a Del Sol, Have SOME of questions.
Just got a 94 Del Sol Si with a b18b and a hydro tranny. Have some questions.
1. The motor has about 80k in it. is there anything i could change out to make it run strong like a new motor or should i just buy abother block?
2. I want to go boost, what will i all need? new pistons? what kind of turbo? i really want to aim around a 12 second et. in the 1/4
3. i heard the hydro tranny isn't good. should i switch out with a cable tranny?
4. what seats from any honda, acura will bolt right in a del sol?
5. whats the best way to keep my car from being stolen? i have a viper alarm, what else? pull the ecu out?

1.) If it passes a compression test, leave it.
2.) Get a turbo kit. You can easily run <12 pounds with tuning.
4.) Most people swap seats for the del Sol seats. Changing rails should work with the Civic and Integra seats. Prelude seats fit with modification.
5.) If they want it, they'll get it. Just use your alarm and a fuel cut if not already. An autolock may help, too.

5.) I wouldnt buyt any other seats for the car unles you plan on using racing seats, otherwise you will sit a liot higher up possibly hiting your head.
