Default Just bought a RHD jdm style (conversion) questions..

Well i just Traded my 96 audi A4 2.8 quattro for an 1992 EG with rhd conversion. It was done professionally with the origional spot welds drilled out and then the rhd firewall welded in. It has a B16, and has 3 month old paint. Good trade would you say? I paid 6200 for the audi so in escence thats what i paid for the civic. It drives straight, has hid's tokico struts and springs and white wheels. This car is CLEAN!

I joined 4 years back when i drove a 96 civic dx sedan.. now i decided to come back and be apart of the community again, and hopefully learn some more and meet some cool people.

When I get back into the "swing" of honda's again I'll probably get irritated by the black engine bay and paint it. But currently I can live with it. Its too darn cold to paint currently aswell.

i havent checked all of them, but it doesnt quite matter, our dmv classed it as rebuilt due to the changes and gave it a whole new vin when they the state patrol inspected it. it has the new vin riveted onto the inside door on the left side. covering the origional vin sticker that was there. The rhd dash has the vin plate from the origional dash riveted to it.

yeah, we have a rhd 93 coupe in town too, and a few others. But the coupe has a stock motor.. I liked the idea of having rhd AND a b-series.

nope, she is a complete b16 from hmotorsonline with 40k on it. I have a reciept for it somewhere in my pile of papers i got with it. I even have a picture the guy took of the rhd clip when he got it from passwordjdm and i agree... but the black hole in my wallet will be worth it with this one i belive.
