Hey!

Im really new to this board and i just bought a new car! Its a 2000 Honda Civic Si Coupe (29,000 Miles / EBP). It seems that this board is more aimed at hatchbacks but o well.

Is there any pointers i could possibly get from you guys about driving it and some tips/tricks/maintence/etc. The car already came with some pretty decent stuff.

-17" Chrome Team Dynamics MotorSport Wheels
-205/40/17 Tires
-Eibach Prokit 1" Springs
-Sylvania Silverstar Headlamp Bulbs
-Ziebart undercoat
-Sports Pedals
-Indigo 2 Color White Face Gauges
-AEM Short Ram Air Intake - Not Installed
-Tinted Windows

Im also thinking of the I/H/E bolt on upgrades. Any recommendations

dumb the 17inch wheels and sell it and decide what you will go for.. F/I or N/A .. if u decide to go for N/A buy H/I/E first and do what ya gotta do or ask us for more information =D.. welcome to the SI world

Not saying your car is a P.O.S. but still man, search around. Oh and I say go for a turbo setup.

Welcome. Definatly dump the wheels. What do you want to do with the car? Drag? Autox? Street? Show? If it's any of the first 3, you're in no better place. If it's the last, you're in for the thrashing of your life.

really depends on how much money you want to spend on your car, and how fast you want to make it. I would ditch the 17s and go boost.

Man everyone hates the rims!!! =P Im going for performance and well i love the rims!!!! But im not gonna do anything to the body like bodykit,fenders,wings,lights,lambos,etc. Im gonna leave it stock in the exterior department but the rims i love!

And i really cant afford a turbo or supercharger btw. So just and I/H/E i guess
maybe some cams/pulleys dunno. but i wanna know some tips and stufF!!
