Default Burning too Rich

I have 1995 del sol the motor DOHC B16A motor..
How do you adjusted or stop buring too rich...
All 4 plugs shown it is burning , too rich...what can i do to make it better?

need more info is it modded? what aftermarket parts does it have? what ecu? any CELs? (check engine lights)

It is stock the B16a from japan...No after market part....Stock ECU....P28
Last two year ago I did pass the EPA and didn't drive the car almost two years and I did changed the plugs...
There is no engine code ...

Is there any adjustment I can change the engine to burn leaner?

that would be a tune sir

honestly it sounds like an o2 sensor.. try checking or replacing them

You may be right....I didn'y get any bad sensor code..
but I'll check is out....it there any way to check the 02 sensor going bad?
