Default just bought a 95 civic

i just bought a 95 2dr civic want to add more horsepower and new wheels
whould a catback exhaust or a cold-air intake do the trick. what kind of 15" wheels are good? what else can i do?

Turbo...get some HX rims..just my opinon..also...search..as stated above. It'll save you on here...most of your questions will be answered through that!

Do a LOT of research before you put a penny into it. Some people spend $1000 on an Intake/Header/Exhaust setup that will land MAYBE 15 hp. But why do that when you can invest $500 more and have a nice turbo setup that will land you 50+ hp...

For 15" wheels, it depends on your likes. I personally like Rotas because they're cheap and light. If you do get wheels, plan to lower your car. Lowering will help it handle MUCH better and look MUCH better.

aem cold air intake did the trick on mine but i dont know if that will kill my motor in the future cause your getting direct air to your engine(more air,more dirt) and the oem air intake system is safer wells that my opinion.

yes, and exceeding the speed limit isnt safe either!
