Junkyard/ECU WIRE HARNESS people, I need you!!!!
I'm in DESPERATE need for the EGR plug off a 97 HX MANUAL... Turns out the damn Auto and Manual use a different EGR plug, go figure. I can't find this damn thing ANYWHERE locally, the Intake manifold I got came with the sensor, but not the PLUG itself. So if anyone could help me out it would be great.
Reason is I'm smogging soon, and I'm throwing 5 codes.
Codes are:
P1491 - Manufacturer Control Auxilary Emissions Control
P0500 - Vehicle Speed Sensor A Malfunction
P1166 - Manufacturer fuel air Metering (Still on after I erase Codes)
P0401 - EGR Flow Insufficient
P0401 - " " " "
P1491 - Manufacturer Control Auxilary Emissions Control
The cars throwing all those codes. It's a COMPLETELY stock 97 Civic HX that I did a manual conversion on it. I'm running the Manual ECU and IACV fix. How can I fix this ASAP?? I don't know what any of that crap means.

What does the plug look like and how is it different from auto to manual? I never seen a sensor that was different from auto and manuals.

The Auto one is 3 wire. And the Manual one looks bigger, there's 5 pins on it so I suppose it's a 5 wire one. I'll snap some pics here as soon as I can. But I work in a couple of minutes.

Yea I have both and they are definately different. One has lines routing back into the IM and one doesn't. (the one I'm using does) I've been told it's the O2 sensor, somebody is currently working on fixing the problem on his car, if it works then its the same for me. Hopefully it is. If it were just the EGR that would be tough, because the other one is about 5 pins I believe, and the one I'm currently using is only 2. And figuring out how to wire has been impossible. So hopefully it doesn't need to be done.
