where are some good honda junkyards close to san fransisco to san jose area, california?

I don't know if it's close but I've ordered stuff from HAPRecycling.com before. They are located in CA and may be better known as Hond Acura Parts Recycling. They are a salvage yard but they also ship.

what about the DC area?
a while ago I called one of these places (in rockville) for a used distributor for a 93 del sol and he wanted $175; i could get it rebuilt+warranty for $10 more; a place in richmond wanted even more than $200. sorry, i had to vent a little
so, any recommendations? thanks.

u tried that one up in brandywine? i heard that place is huge! havent been up there, but if u wanna check it out, we can meet

i can read the phone book, but i haven't called everybody there; i was merely trying to get a recommendation for a place that sells CHEAP but GOOD honda parts and benefit from other people's experience.

as for brandywine, i will try to call them; they are far away, i live in montgomery co.

The only thing I can rec. are places that I have dealt with and are good, cheap, and ship....

They are http://www.haprecycling.com in CA and http://www.importautosalvage.com in NC. If you call Import Auto Salvage, ask for Randy, he is a good guy and will get you what you want for a fair price
