jumpy tach and boggy during boost

jumpy tach and boggy during boost
Pretty much just like the title says. The tach doesnt start jumping until like 4-5k and it doesnt bog until i go into boost. I've searched for awhile and came to the conclusion that i might need to change the igniter. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks
