I need some help for my car, because it has some strange jumpy acceleration when the engine is just started up (cold-start)

- It idles at 1100-1200 , with little "pop" sound coming from exhaust.
- In any gear, it hesitate to accelerate (jumpy), feel no power, and sounds like a bit those muscle car engine
- After drive through 1-2 streets, warmed up, the car back to normal again, everything fine.

Any idea on what's the problem?
