Default Is this jumped timing? Pic and Video

Here is a 93 civic that I am trying to get running. The owner said it just stalled out and re cranked and ran enough to get him home and them it wouldn't start again...
Here is a pic, should the cam pulley have the word "up" at the top, or should the white mark be at the top?

Here is the picture of the crank pulley in relation to the cam pulley

Does this look like jumped timing to you???

I'm not sure why the pics are so small. The top one is a pic of the cam pulley and "UP" is facing up...

The bottom pic is a pic of the crank pulley, and the 3 timing marks on the pulley are just a hair to the right of the pointer kinda like this

Maybe this will help?

take some better pics, and you should be aligning the mark on the oil pump to the mark on the block, as well as the relation of the cam gear to the head. This requires removal of the crank pulley.

Also its not really the best idea to start (or try to start) your car without a valve cover.

but it does sound like your timing is effed.

The motor turns over too easily, almost like when you have no plugs in at all (no compression) He had it at a shop and they said it jumped time...

I had no plug wires connected when the valve cover was off, so it will not crank anyhow... It is pumping oil nicely though

then replace the t-belt, line everything back up, put the plugs in and put the valve cover on and start it up....I had a t-blet snap on my old z6 with no damage put a new belt on and all was good.

dude, did you even mark the timing belt, since you didn't pull the bottom cover and truly line it up?

I didn't put a timing belt on it, just trying to find out if it was still on right or if it jumped time...

I'll check for spark tomorrow, Thanks!
