Jumped ECU, got code 67. What to do next?

Jumped ECU, got code 67. What to do next?
I was driving home the other day, and the CEL came on. I searched the forums for a way to find out what it meant, ended up jumpin the ECU like the sticky thread said to, got error code 67. This code is for
Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold
malfunctioning or defective catalyst system
Should I reset the CEL to see if it goes away, or what could it mean if i do have a bad catalyst? Not sure even where to begin with this one. Any help is
