j's style intake for B18C5???
someone recently created a thread bout which intake to purchase. i'm tryin to get a new one for my b18 hatch too. i called this http://www.dragracing.com place, the ***** on the phone made me feel like i was wasting his time by calling and asking about it... not really people friendly business man. said they don't have one for an integra and that's it, not if they plan on getting one or anything so f*** em.
anyways, is the bore on the b16 TB different from the b18c5? in other words, can i get one for a 99-00 Si and put it on the ITR TB?
my car = 99 EK Hatch

They actually have great customer service their. They are just getting all situated in with their merge with Southwest Autoworks (Good source for nissan parts ) so they have been really busy lately. If you read their site http://www.dragracing.com and look up the section for their j's racing style intake and look up one for a teg, it says that they are always are expanding and should get your product in soon. Just because you had one experience with them that you think was bad, you don't have to put down on them because i'm sure a lot of others also know of their great service.

i'm not knockin them because of their lack of availability of a product i want, but rather that specific individual's attitude on the phone. regardless of what your company is currently doing, you should ALWAYS maintain EXCELLENT customer service skills. rushing someone off the phone and not taking the time to investigate the possibilities of an answer for your consumer is TERRIBLE customer service. when i call somewhere and ask legitimate questions i don't like to feel like i'm wasting their time... especially if i've only taken up a minute tops.
now on a positive note, i called back to see if they had a civic j's racing intake in stock, and they did... the new guy was VERY friendly and helpful. so i ordered it.

Re: j's style intake for B18C5??? (citrEK)
back from the dead...
so since dragracing.com had none, and kept getting dicked around by the manu. i wasn't going to get this thing til like december or some **** (a bit of an exaggeration). so i found one on ebay for WAY cheaper shipped and jumped all over it. i called dragracing and cancelled my order on the 12th of april so the $69.99 would go back into my account. today i check and the money still isn't in there and because of that i'm overdrawn (moving 2000 miles away from home for less income is a bit of a beating on the checkbook).
so i call dragracing.com today, talked to Steve. he says, i'm sorry the accountant overlooked it. he again stressed how sorry he was and that he'd make sure it went through today. unfortunately, my bank doesn't give a flyin **** about someone else's error. so i get to pay the overdraft fee... CUSTOM. not that much money but still doesn't sit well with me on dragracing.com's part. for their "accountant".
technically, the one i got on ebay.. wow, these are a tight fit, and the connecting hose for the TB isn't big enough for a B series, so i had to get some cheap rubber **** from home depot, all is well.
