goodness...a s/c h22 CX...that's gotta have traction issues (pretending it's feasible, that is).

why dont you just buy some of those unbreakable axles....i think they are by competition engineering or something, they are like 6 bills and they can take anything.....but, thats hella weight on the front end...better have some dubs in the trunk to even out the weight.

that's a good question, although, it IS possible to have a/c with h22 in a civic, but you need fabrication to the hood and the radiator support (let alone, you are swapping in a beast motor into a lightweight chassis..why would you want a/c in the first place). however, it's not possible to have both a/c and a good sized turbo on at the same time, for the reason being the piping from the turbo to the intercooler. turbo's on preludes with a/c have the room in the engine bay for it, and even that is a slightly tight fit with all the crap in there.

with an h22 in a civic, that is pretty much all there is room for, is good piping, intercooler and a nice turbo to it

Not any more. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=203163. Prospeed is about to release an ac bracket for the h22 swap in civics that uses the civic ac compressor. AC kicks ***!!! This way you can be fast and still stay cool during the summers.

The H22A is next on my list of projects. I am going to look at a white 92 DX hatch today that might be the candidate for such a swap. I'm doing research right now and hope to get this thing started in the next few weeks.

the a/c compressor in a civic is where the alternator is on the h22a. where might possibly the a/c compressor be mounted (above the alternator is about the only place -- where the power steering for the h22a would go), and how will piping to the a/c radiator go about? let alone..........try bolting up a turbo there, and having good piping. I'd personally rather have major pull back and hear a blow off valve with the windows down and sunroof open than to push the a/c button with windows and everything up, but i guess that's just me.
