JR Supercharger on H22A in 5th Gen Civic
I was wondering if the Jackson Racing supercharger would fit on the H22A motor in the 92-95 Civics??? I have a Coupe, and Im looking at maybe a 92-96 JDM Spec Prelude Motor... Please help. Thank you

It's not even the manifold. It's the SC belt. The valve cover almost touches the drivers side shock tower. No room for the belt.

agreed... i think the h22 is just good for an all motor if its in a tight fit like that.. thats what i plan on doing

It's possible... I've seen it done with my own eyes, but the ONLY way to make it fit into an EG or EK Civic is if you do a lot of cutting to the shock tower and to the structure of the car. Otherwise, no a SC will not bolt up because the valve cover is close to the driver side shock tower, thus no SC belts would have enough clearance to run. Sure it's possible with the right amount of cutting, but to those who don't want to hack up their engine bay, then no you're stuck with either turbo or NOS for your FI setup in a H22 Civic.
