hahah ive heard this before , all i can say is if it fits like crap its not gonna change much unless you do a washer trick on the underside of the fenders . best of luck to ya , but alot of civic c/f hoods just dont fit great

Unless you want to spend $1,100 dollars on a Spoon CF hood, live with it.

I have the OEM JDMSHIT cf hood on my eg coupe and i had the same problem. Hood pins should solve the problem...I got hood locks though to keep my engine bay safe (hood locks are ugly as a **** though )

i have a fiber images hood....shelled out $750 and it fits like absolute ***....so unless you get a genuine spoon hood, fittment is guarentee...although i have heard nothing but good about jdmshit, benen, and seibon hoods.

You've obviously just entered this scene, so we'll let this slide. But you should know what you're talking about before you post stupid comments.

JDM **** hoods are notorious for not fitting right. They do lips and duckbills very well, but their hoods aren't so great (or so i've heard/read). Look into a FI hood or VIS hood if you want good fitment

VIS = good fitment and looks awsome IMO.

Eh my VIS hood fit ok but the drive side it stuck up a 1/4 inch from the fender. Wasn't too bad and it was barely noticeable. Next CF hood I get will prolly be FI cause its one of the lightest hoods and I hear they fit decent if not the same as VIS.

my JDMShit hood doesn't fit that bad actually. It sits a little bit high on the driver's side, but nothing too crazy. The thing that got me was that it didn't have holes drilled for the hood prop. Also the edges aren't that great.

there is a good size gap over the bumper cover too, but I blame that on not being able to have the brace due to the size of the greddy type 24.

oh yeah, dont hate on the headlights, they've been replaced with OEM and amber corners
