I ordered their spoon style carbon fiber lip and I cannot seem to get ahold of them to get a tracking number. I have called and emailed mutiple times but never get a response. I just would like to get my tracking number since I have already been charged for it. Are they a sponsor here by any chance?

They have been around for a while and haven't had too many issues. I guarantee you can type in any company/business name and type in scam after it and someone will have said they got scammed. I've ordered two clusters and a lip from there without issues.

lol I'm not worried about them scamming me since I have bought from them before..but I have emailed and called multiple times and it just says their phone lines are busy. I guess i'll keep trying..sigh.

I have heard good things about him, and then you here storys from people who got screwed. People that have issues with the harness's he makes and then he totaly ignors the possibitly that he made a mistake and blames it on the others.

yeah, that pervert probably ordered something wrong from chasebays and misunderstood. I was looking through his posts (for like 1 minute(s)) and found some build thread, i asked the OP a question and he mocked me because it is his anus buddy... Obviously he did something or he would act like a human being. I would order a swap harness right now from chasebays right now if i wanted to waste my money.
There has been quite a few people recommend jdmshit to me. It must be hit or miss. (like they have it in stock or not? ?)
USDMEHboy, when was your lip ordered? Are you being impatient or are you sort of worried because you heard some bad feedback and think you might lose out?
They might just have to order more stock or something? 1 month+?

Well maybe people he knows do not care, but he sort of does like the look.
He pays less for a copy that is just going to get pummeled with road debris, and doesnt have to polish it every time he fills up his gas or worries about it getting stolen or something.
Why pay more for the same piece of plastic, even if it isnt the same or looks close. Dunno. I know i wouldn't put a lot into a lip, but droping some money to a clone lip would be something after I had already done what i want to the rest of the car.\

the only time i would ever buy a real lip is if i was rolling in cash or just didnt give a sh*t.
I would much rather replace a fake lip, that i beat to hell and broke then a real lip.

personaly i would buy form chasebays, but he's just too damn expensive for something i could make myslef. I was just stating what i heard, im not saying he is or isnt a scammer.

oh and you really should type in tan, its pretty hard to read.

Why are we beefing here?
I just wanted to share my experience with you guys.
Chase just doesn't seem responsible enough for doing what he does.
I ordered a fuel line kit from him in the 13th of March He didn't send it out until the 13th of April. Once I purchased it, he billed my card right away, he was so quick to do that, but he wasn't so quick to get my **** started on. He told me I'll have the kit 1-2 weeks tops. I asked him for a confirmation email and tracking number right after we got off the phone, and he said with eagerness "Yeah, sure!" I'm like okay, this guy's legit.

I check my email, nothing....... so, I'm like "it's okay. This guy's busy."

I call him a month later................ "where's my kit? where's my tracking number? what's going on? can i just get a refund?"

they tell me this, "Oh, that was already shipped......"

Funny thing is, right when I get off the phone I get an email. The email was from chasebays giving me the tracking number to the package. The package was only notified to UPS THAT DAY (13th of April). Which is right after I called.......... the package wasn't even in UPS's hands yet (but Chase's people told me it was already shipped!). Chase and his bays fking lied to me.

Would you guys want a "legit" business to lie to you? Like I said, I'm not trying to start **** with anyone, but just giving a heads up and looking out for the rest of you.

I still haven't received it yet. It's been over a month...... no bueno to this dude.

I had a horrible expierence with them a few years back. I ordered a CF front lip and it took 3 months to get. When it came, it was busted to hell and it took another month to finally get in touch with someone to authorize a return. In the end, I just shipped it back and got a refund (after waiting another month for his Paypal to clear some funds). There was also some drama about the guy I spoke to over the phone no longer being a part of JDMshit or some crap like that. I had to email back and forth because the shop NEVER picked up the damn phone. EVER. Overall, their customer service sucks as they cannot answer the phone or return emails in a timely fashion.

i agree to just keep bugging the hell out of them. it took me about 2 months to get my header from them. i think the site is too popular for their own good and they get back ordered without any notice and dont have the staff to keep in touch with everyone. i have ordered from them for about 5 or 6 years and have always got what i wanted it may have just taken a while but they arent known to scam people, just a little slow so stay patient
