i bought the mugen style CF lip from them about 2 weeks ago. when i got it, it was cracked in one spot and splintered in another, the overall quality of the lip didn't impress me that much so i called to tell them that it was damaged and to see if i could just get a refund...they're tryin to tell me that i have to pay a 15% restocking fee since i wanna return it...WTF...its damaged...not gonna get restocked...so i'm out $30...its not my fault it was damaged!!!

For me too. I am waiting for the Duckbill lips for the EH hatches to get restocked at the moment but Newman said I am on the list for one.
