jdmcarboy p28
i bought my p28 ecu at jdmcarboy and it came with a rev limiter, (4500), has anyone else got one from jdmcarboy, not saying that its bad. i like and all, just want to know if anyone else has this problem. reason why, my friend has a 93 coupe ex, civic, and when my car didnt start, now it works found out it was dizzy, anways we tryed my ecu on his car and we tried a launch for the heck of it and we both noticed that it stop reving at 45, so we swapped back to his and it didnt do it anymore.....

if your saying the car wont rev past 4,500 rpms, even while your driving then its prob your speed sensor, is it working? if not then it prob thinks your at a stop, and only lets you rev at 4,500 only if its only reving to that while driving
