Default JDM VS OEM

what's differences between oem fender & bumper and JDM fender & bumper?
Please advise.

JDM has this pretty little light in it. And it came from japan (although most honda cars in japan are made in the US. Funny huh?)

i have 2000 si(blue), dealer cost much cheaper than Passwordjdm.com
So I was wondering is there any differences..
please advise.

For a 2000 Civic, there is no difference in a JDM bumper vs. a USDM bumper. The JDM fenders have holes for side markers, which the USDM fenders do not have.

If you really think about (I mean really) JDM is true OEM. The cars originated in Japan and were brought here and changed. That's why (in most cases not all) JDM parts actually work better. Like the idea for side markers in 1992, it took American Civics years just to catch up with the idea. With the same respect OEM parts tend to be safer. The Si-R's don't often have a steel beam to support the frame from head on impact. Like I said, it depends on what part you're looking at but honestly JDM is true OEM. It's just twice as expensive
