Try hpart.com for the SiR front lip. I think they sell it for $70-$80+shipping. For the CTR front lip, you can try jdmhondaparts.com for the real deal or you can find the wings west copy. It's identical and made of urethane believe. I think the retail on the wings west piece is about $210 but you can definitely find it cheaper.

actually Honda dealers do carry the OEM SIR lip.. and have them on hand yes not as cheap as H-PARTS.com but well u get it that day.. that's where I got mine

Yes I am on the HPI forum. Not my pic in the avatar BTW I borrowed it from somebody. I am mostly in the truck forum or the nitro touring car forum.

H-part.com does not carry that part, they said they don't carry or order JDM parts.

It's is not a JDM part. I believe it's under accessories for 96-98 Civics. The part they sell is a USDM part but looks exaclty like the SiR lip. Same thing except one is just tagged JDM. I'm pretty sure it's there.
