jdm parking pole light not working....>_<
so i finally got my jdm parking pole installed on my eg today and it goes up and down fine, but its not lighting up. i was told that the bulb doesnt light up till the pole is raised all the way, but it still wont light up even when raised. the place that installed the pole checked the socket and its not getting power at all. so just for the hell of it im going to try and find another bulb and try that (IF i can find another bulb). if that doesnt work i have no idea how to get another socket for that.
so what i'll probablly do after that (so i dont have to buy a new pole) is find a small socket that would fit in the pole with a small bulb and just wire it in myself (to maybe the corners so that the pole is lit when my corners are on too) but im not too sure where to find one. any ideas?

im not worried about it causing an acident by making people drive on the wrong side of the road. that doesnt mean i dont want it to light up.

Your best bet for lighting is a green self-resisting wide-angle LED.
