JDM OEM CTR NAV/CLIMATE CONTROL/GPS..HELP
I WANT TO BUY ONE. BUT HOW HARD IS IT TO WIRE? BECAUSE THE MAN THAT SELLING IT TOLD ME IT WOULD FIT RIGHT INTO MY 97 EK..I DON'T THINK IT WILL BECAUSE OF THE CLIMATE CONTROL PART..ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT

It will be a complete nightmare unless you are very very knowledgeable with electronics.

I've also heard that just about any GPS Navigation system that is used in a jdm car will put you more or less out in the atlantic and I doubt you'll be able to find the US discs for a car and system that never made it over here. Then again I could be wrong.

Its not gonna play dvd's like you want it to play DVD's!

it doesn't work at all for anything worthwile.the nav doesn't work anywhere but asia, the dvd's it plays are PAL not NTSC and th radio stations etc. don't work past 88.9fm it looks obscenely hot, but it can't be used for practical purposes

There are also different region codes for the players. Looks nice, but isn't worth a damn in US.

You can replace the screen with an aftermarket one and run it that way. Will still look pimp and work also.
