Default Jdm OBD0 b16a into OBD1 Eg Hatch Questions

Ok so first b series swap got some questions, Heres what im working with:

Jdm OBD0 B16a Cable LSD trans into 1994 Civic dx hatch.

First question: Because the car comes hydrolic do i ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO buy the hasport conversion kit or is there another way?

Second: Also do i have to buy the OBD0 to OBD1 conversion for the ecu ?

thanks

On the first one, to use a cable trans youll need to convert it to hydro (whether it be a hasport kit or whatever). For the second, i would imagine you could just get a ob1 intake manifold, sensors, and harness and just make it obd1?

1. Use OBD1 ECU (P28 chipped, P72 chipped, P30)
2. Use a B16a or B18C distributor (can't use OBD0 dizzy with an OBD1 ECU)
3. Use some OBD1 injectors from anything but a CX or VX hatch
4. Use a OBD1/2 B16A header
5 If not an EX or Si run wiring for the VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch, and knock sensor (you'll have to add knock sensor regardless what model it is).
6. You'll have to use an OBD1 throttle body with a MAP sensor on top or grab a wall mounted MAP sensor and mount it in your bay somewhere.
7. Run wiring for the fan switch to the back of the block where the OBD0 fan switch is.

similar issue I'm having as well I have a 97 e k with an obd0 b16a motor. The obd2 ecu I'm running is looking for a crank sensor signal that is not there because obd0 and 1 don't have a crank sensor, causes the car to run in limp mode and also makes the o 2 sensors throw codes as well, runs like crap. I've been told there is a way to ground out the signal from the crank sensor

Bypass the ckf or install an obd2 oil pump and te ckf. Add in secondary o2 after or on the cat.
