First off JDM lights dont come in black, they come as a clear plastic, (assuming you have an 92-95 civic) and the only light specific difference is that the jdm lights tend to shine brighter thru the plastic, and they have city lights, basically day time driving lights.
Now for your problem, If you look ontop of the mounting bracket of the lights themselves youll see a bunch of little lines, loosen the bolts that tighten it down and adjust accordingly. If they are too low move the light back, Too high move the light forward.

There should only be 2 bolts that adjust the angle

Quit throwing that term around. I'm so sick of hearing what is and what isn't rice. They aren't ricey. I have yet to see a ricer with those lights. They all have projectors and angel eyes. There were a few threads for DIY black housings and people were giving them props for it.

yeah, rice is an opinion, not a fact. I used to rip on every car I saw that was different from what I thought it should be, then I realized that whats so great about this country is the freedom to express yourself how you want... whether it be a large wing or a sleepered out turbo hatch. I was one of the first people (locally to my knowledge) that did the blacked out headlight, and a lot of people thought it was ricey, but after a few months I saw more and more popping up around here.

My opinion, he didn't come here asking what everyone thought of his lights, he simply wanted to know how to adjust them.

Give the guy a break, he bought some lights with money that he earned, thats still legal right?

Hope you get your headlights aimed properly man, some of the guys actually mentioned how to do it, hope it turns out ok
