Default JDM Integra R Wiring plus P73 ECU OBD2a

I have a 95 Honda civic dx coupe SHELL. I have recently bought a 98-spec type R front Clip w/ b18c motor (JDM Integra Type R 98-spec) It came with all the wiring (jdm engine harness and full interior wiring). It comes with P73 ECU, abs control module and wiring, External and Internal Fusebox + everything else shown on pictures below.

I only have one problem--the wiring is made for an jap integra type r right hand drive! Should i sell this wiring setup and grab a 92-95 eg usdm full wiring with obd1 to obd2a conversion harness? Also, instead of the jdm p73 ecu, should i grab a custom reprogrammed p28 ecu for my car? Does this JDM wiring have DRL circuit?

Because i have a complete stripped EG shell, what is the optimal racing wiring setup for my car with this motor? I will be fully building this motor for race car driving and occasional street driving so needs to be steet legal also.

Any help would be great.

Thanks
