Default JDM headlights

i just recently bought a set of JDM headlights for my 92 Civic SI, and when i pluged the headlights in i found out the lights werent working, so when i went to autozonea and they didnt carry any bulbs in that size (9h). Is there anywhere that woudl carry bulbs in those size?? if not what am i to do?

Yep..try Ebay. I havent seen them for sale anywhere locally.

http://www.optionauto.com sells Raybrig H4H bulbs.

On a side note I have JDM EG6 heads and tails forsale.

isnt it possible to make an h4 bulb into an h4h bulb by removing some of the mounting tabs on the light bulb??

do a search and find out

That would require alot of detailed cutting.

is H4H also similar to something called H1?? i was reading somewhere that H4H and H1 were kinda teh same? any truth to that?

it is possible-both bulbs in my headlights are modified H4 bulbs.when i got my headlights neither bulb worked,and back when i got them nobody imported the bulbs,so i had no choice...the mod'd H4s have been working fine for over four years now.keep in mind that they do cast a slightly different beam pattern than the correct bulbs,so if you can find the real deal for a good price,i'd suggest getting them.

I've heard good things about the Polarg bulbs...that's what I'm going with when I put in mine this spring.

i picked mine up at JDMHONDAPARTS.COM for $39.00 a pair. call them up there local.

I love my Raybrig H4h's the stock stanleys are 3500k the raybrigs are only 3700k but the difference of the lighting on the road is great. I had bought some Nokyia and some Bi-Hyrbid H4's and converted them to H4h the super whites and all though the color was good looking they absolutly sucked *** at lighting up the road so I pulled those and put the raybrigs back in, and it was good
