Default jdm h22a idle problem

Here's the problem - i have a jdm h22a in my ek with just bolt on's like hytech header & type s cams & euro r intake man. - jg edelbrock throttle body and Ive been playing around with my throttlebody now for a few days because it seems like i cant get the idleset screw just right - the more you open or tighten the screw it causes the idle to increase and its like there's a vacuum leak - (Idles up and down) - right now i've got it perfect but it idles at around 900-1000 RPM. Is this where it should be??????

IACV. My JDM H22 does the same thing; IACV is dirty. It needs to be cleaned, and if that does not work, it needs to be replaced.
