jdm fuel rail...
new here...hi,my name is shaggy.i have a 92 cx hatch, lotsa fun to drive, but unfortunately im on the stock d15b7 motor.the throttle body is literally a little larger than a quarter.well i got a new intake manifold of a sohc vtec for free from the local motor swap shop, got good hookups...i got everything swapped out, along with a throttle body spacer, integra overbored throttle body.but the japanese fuel rail had a small bubble looking thing on the left side of the rail,it almost looked like a fuel pressure regulator.any ideas on what the hell it is,and is it good, should i stay with the stock american fuel rail without it or swap back to the jap-spec one?

The FPR should be on the drivers side of the fuel rail closer to the firewall than the front. If there is any doubt just use the USDM one.. Maybe a pic would help to identify if it is a FPR..

Re: jdm fuel rail... (Redline96LX)
i think this because the nut on the end of the fuel rail screws on with different threads as compared to that of the japanese fuel rail that the atomizer screws onto.
