JDM Foglight Switch not Lighting up with healights
I have done a ton of searches and found one archived thread about this but with no answer. My buddy got both the JDM defrost and fog light switch. They work fine and the indicator light comes on when you turn it on. But the switches do not illuminate when the headlights are on like everything else.
Do the JDM buttons illuminate with the headlights on? If so is there a wiring problem or does he have to replace the bulbs? The switches came with a harness does he need to use the JDM harness instead? Thanks in advance and sorry the repeat question if it is one.

you might just have a bad switch with a burnt bulb. plug in your friends and see if it lights up in your car

you don't need a DIY. just take the switch out of the dash and you can see where the light bulb sockets are. pretty simple.
