jdm EG6 SiR-II requires what type of Pads?
Hello,
I am looking for ceramic pads for my eg6 hatch that I imported from japan. Regular ceramic pads for 92-95 civic (with and without ABS have been tried) and the 90-93 Integra Pads don't fit. They don't look like GSR pads, so what else could it be? Any ideas? I'm stumped rite now so any input would be much appreciated.

They should just be integra/EX.
Parts stores look up the wrong parts sometimes. They're the 10.3'' rotor....so....the same setup as a DC or an EX.
Try getting the pads for a regular integra. Parts stores look up "non vtec" or "VTEC" integra models. Sometimes they have no choice for ITR or non ITR. obviously, the ITR pads are different.
The DC GS/LS/GSR all use the same pads.

Well, the Civic ABS EX pads are the same as Integra pads, so you can't use that. You probably asked for Civic non-ABS DX, LX, CX, VX, and Si pads, which will not work. What you need is 92-95 Civic EX non-ABS pads.

nope, I work at a shop so I just looked it up on inventory.
There are no Civic EX pads listed for the hatchback, will the sedan pads work?

well, they aren't going to be listed because the civic ex never came in a hatchback, only coupe.

take BlueIntegraBoy's advice. though, civic ex's non abs only came in 92-93. 94-95 is when they started putting abs on the ex's.
try looking for that. also try 94-95 integra ls/rs, they didnt have abs on them either.

yeah, didn't think they had an ex hb.
but the coupe ex pads should fit the hb? we don't have dc2 pads instock so these are pretty much my last option
Thanks for the help so far!

on the caliper there should be a engraving. there are 2 type of numbers on the engravings, 17CL-14VN and 16CL-14VN.
the 17CL-14VN are found on all integras. the 16CL-14VN are found on the 93 civic ex find out which one you have and this should solve your problem.
