From what ive found the wiring is already at the chassis wiring harness. So technicaly you can get USDM doors with power windows and plug them in and it will work ?

With a USDM Door, yes.
JDM door, will require some wiring work.

NOTE: the wiring for power doors is only there if you have a car with power windows from the factory.

Ah ok no my car was manual.

I flipped over the wiring from the left to right and vis versa on the JDM doors. Im gonna have to get a wiring diagram and start adding the wires while the dash it out.

So I have about the same question for you guys I have a 91 civic HB with crank windows and I need new doors. I have been looking into some JDM Ones but there powered windows. They said they should come with the relay and wiring how hard should it be to swap everything and wire it all up? and do you think that you can swap out the glass? All my windows were pro tinted and I don't wanna lose that!

Yeha 2 bolts you can switch the glass. On the crx i did OEM honda power window kit on mine and there was a actual harness. But i forget if there was a control box or not.

yeah it will work. the wiring is very different between USDM and JDM. the harness on the passenger is different from USDM and JDM. you will have to splice into the wires to get it working because the connectors don't mate up.
