z6 more "aftermarket" support such as rods and such. everything is pretty much identical except rod length and crank, deck height. the 1.5 has a better Rod 2 stroke ratio meaning you can rev higher and less wear on your cylinder sleeves. but the 1.6 has a bigger crank meaning you will have bigger displacement and more torque. and also easier to find rods and such.
