Default JDM d15B still burning oil. Possibilities?

Alright so my JDM d15b vtec still burns oil. I average about a quart a month of oil, yet i don't have an oil leak. I replaced my rear main seal a few months ago because that was a problem, however, i'm still losing oil somewhere.

One thing i noticed, however, is that i have a bad exhaust leak; my engine does *seem* a little hotter than most -- would this cause my engine to burn more oil because it is in effect a little hotter?

Hmm, need some opinions here. A quart+ a month is killin me.

Also, would an exhaust leak even cause the engine to get a little hotter?

do a compression or leakdown test.

either valve seals or piston rings most likely.
