You need a p28 ecu which is the vtec one to work perfectly.
However you can use a p06 one if you chip and tune it. Anything else will NOT work

Yea the head doesn't say vtec but I see the solenoid so yea idk its weird what can u do to get more power since it is a true d15b cuz I've been looking it up and all will cams do anything for me or is it just a waste of time and money?

1992 and 1993 D series VTEC engines don't read VTEC on the valve cover.
If it is a true D15B JDM Vtec engine, then the ideal ECU would be a P08 or a chipped P28 with the correct basemap for the D15B.
The P07 is the original ECU for the VX engine.

D15Z1 is not V-tec as we know it. It only changes from a 12 Valve mode to a 16 Valve mode. NO V-tec ecu(P28/P08/p2p) will run it, ONLY the P07 can run the D15Z1......BUT one guy on here posted a thread on how to change the D15Z1,P07 head into a D16Z6/P08 head.

Ok so i have a p07 so all I need to do is swap that with a p08 and it should be good Togo right?

Yes if you swap to a P08 ECU, which is the JDM ECU for the JDM D15B then it should work fine. Or like others stated, you can use the P28 ECU. I think you would have better luck finding a P28 ECU. I have a D15B and I'm running it on a P28.
