Pull out the d15b, drop in the d16z6, swap in a P28 ecu and your done.

Nope, just pull the d15b, swap wiring harness over to d16z6, drop d16z6 into engine bay, reconnnect everything and have fun.

I've done them in as little as 6-8 hrs, But assuming you have little to no experience, I would plan on a weekend to get it done, transfering the clutch, etc.
