jdm d15b converter
Hi,
swapped a jdm d15b, the usdm engine has the converter hooked to the bottom of the headers. but the jdm d15b just has a downpipe. if i run it with the heat shield on do i need to get a converter. i'm in CA, 93 honda civic cx
please let me know if i got this wrong.
